This is a dynamic role that requires a strong leader who can oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create efficient work schedules to meet peak periods and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, requisition supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Supervision: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.
  • Cost Control: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, prepare budget estimates, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Languages: English.
What We Offer
