Job Description:

As a key member of beBee Professionals in Richmond Hill, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Team Lead to drive the success of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily operations, leading a team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a high-performing team of staff members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee relations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive high-quality service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales, working closely with the marketing team to achieve this goal.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Operational Skills: Strong operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge and Certifications: Knowledge of food safety regulations and business management, with relevant certifications (if applicable).
