About You
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish. You'll be responsible for communicating with customers, translating our products and marketing materials, and providing top-notch support to our clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Translate our products and marketing materials into Spanish to help us expand into new markets.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing timely and effective support.
- Conduct 1-on-1 onboarding sessions and product demos to ensure our customers are fully satisfied.
- Record and respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our development team to identify bugs and track feature requests.
- Travel to trade shows and events to represent our company and build relationships with customers.
