About the Role
As a Sr. Specialist, Project Engineering, you will be responsible for managing product design integrity throughout its production life cycle, identifying and coordinating changes to the product baseline, and providing support to the Technical Authority. You will also be responsible for understanding the cause and effect of changes affecting program schedule, quality, and cost, and for demonstrating project leadership behaviors of integrity, respect, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product design integrity throughout its production life cycle.
  • Identify and coordinate changes to the product baseline.
  • Provide support to the Technical Authority.
  • Understand the cause and effect of changes affecting program schedule, quality, and cost.
  • Demonstrate project leadership behaviors of integrity, respect, and excellence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience, or
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience, or
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management capacity managing complex projects.
  • PMP Certification is an asset.
  • P.Eng license is an asset.
