Your Role
We are seeking a skilled Software Trainer to join our team. As a Software Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our technical staff and customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our users have the necessary skills to effectively utilize our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for technical staff and customers
- Develop training materials, including written and video content
- Conduct training sessions, both remotely and on-site
- Maintain and update training materials to ensure they remain relevant and effective
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in training technical users
- Expertise in training methods and general skills development for adults and/or technical staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
