Job Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner is a key member of the HR team, responsible for providing strategic HR support to the leadership team and driving business results. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide HR guidance and support to leadership teams on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
  • Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver HR programs and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations in Canada
  • Provide HR data and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Canada
  • CHRP or similar designation preferred
  • Fluent in both English and French preferred
