Job Title: Account Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at People Corporation. As a key member of our GroupQuest division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our advisor partners, providing exceptional customer support, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a deep understanding of carrier and solution advantages and disadvantages, and communicate them effectively to advisors.
- Triage and resolve incoming requests, engaging the right resources and processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop trusted relationships with customers and operational teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Take ownership of issues, demonstrating high levels of accountability and organizational skills to manage resolutions through to completion.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Group Benefits sales and/or service, carrier or advisor side.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and credibility with advisors and customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and strong team player, with a willingness to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
