Job Title: Accounting Manager

Pathfind is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of accountants, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing guidance on financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance on financial planning and analysis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation.
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • CPA or comparable accounting designation required.
  • 3 years related professional experience required.
  • 1-2 years experience managing and mentoring an accounting team required.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
