Office Coordinator

Humble Consultancy and Recruitment Services Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating Seminars and Conferences: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth execution.
- Establishing Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events with clients and stakeholders.
- Managing Contracts: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Providing Customer Service: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Ordering Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Greeting and Directing Visitors: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Maintaining Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Performing Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Consulting with Clients: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
- Conducting Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Planning and Directing Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Permanent employment
- 35 to 45 hours per week
- English as the primary language of work
