Job Summary

Humble Consultancy and Recruitment Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, perform data entry, and provide customer service.
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-45 hour workweek. The work language is English.
