Executive Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop customized menu solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our food service operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of experience as a chef, with a strong background in catering and leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
