We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team at Ilana Abenhaim as a Child Caregiver. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.
Key Responsibilities- Household Management: Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
- Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
- Childcare and Education: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, and instruct them in personal hygiene and social development.
- Discipline and Emotional Support: Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents and tend to their emotional well-being.
- Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to the children.
- Activity Organization: Organize activities such as games and outings for the children.
- Supervision and Safety: Supervise and care for the children, maintaining a safe and healthy environment at all times.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent.
- Language: English or French.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
