We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at SL Family. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a family setting.
Key Responsibilities- Child Care and Supervision: Provide one-on-one care and supervision to children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Household Management: Manage the household, including light housekeeping, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Education and Activities: Assist children with homework, organize activities, and engage in educational games and outings.
- Transportation: Safely transport children to and from school, appointments, and other activities.
- Pet Care: Care for pets in the household, ensuring their needs are met.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a client-focused approach, prioritizing the needs and well-being of the children and their family.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
- Work Setting: Employer's home in an urban area.
- Language: English or French.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
