The role plays a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively promoting our portfolio of digital solutions and services.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or market segments.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and delivery, to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Demonstrate our digital solutions and value proposition to prospective clients through compelling presentations and demonstrations.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a proven track record of success in winning RFPs, preferably in the healthcare industry with technology or digital solutions expertise.
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including healthcare delivery systems, payer organizations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM software and other sales productivity tools preferred.
