About the Role

Ziff Davis, a leading digital media and internet company, is seeking a skilled Digital Sales Professional to join its team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of innovative martech solutions and drive sales growth in a defined territory.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling Ziff Davis's line of martech products and services to new and existing clients within a defined geographical territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and promote Ziff Davis's martech solutions to new and existing clients within a defined territory
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities and grow business with existing clients
  • Continuously update and maintain prospects for pipeline management, daily activity, and forecast data in CRM
  • Manage and nurture the sales process from lead to close
  • Maximize sales in a defined territory
  • Provide return on investment (ROI) solutions in the form of product and service proposals
  • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven 4+ years of work experience as a Sales Professional in a SAAS space preferred
  • Well-spoken, highly inspired/determined, and goal-oriented
  • An understanding of common sales cycles
  • Experience in prospecting, discovery, product demos, proposals, contract review, and closing tactics
  • Pleasant communication and committed negotiation skills
  • Experience and comfort with delivering web presentations to individuals as well as to groups
  • Establish interpersonal relationships paired with an ability to build rapport with diverse clients in various settings
  • Team player with Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including health, vision, parental leave, maternity leave, dental, RRSP, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Flexible Time Off.
