About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Data Manager to join our team at COGNITIA Healthcare Technologies Ltd. as a key member of our data management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Classification and Coding: Assign classification and metadata codes to records, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our data management systems.
  • Document Inventory Management: Develop and maintain document inventories, ensuring that all relevant documents are properly indexed and stored.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Abstract, assemble, and analyze clinical data and related demographic information from health records, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Classification System Management: Classify and code diseases according to established classification systems, ensuring that our data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Record Management: Collect, code, cross-reference, and store health records and related information, maintaining the integrity of our data management systems.
  • Information Systems Management: Operate information systems to maintain indexes for classification systems and to manage and retrieve health records information, ensuring seamless data access and retrieval.
  • Statistics and Reporting: Prepare medical, social, and administrative statistics, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Record Classification and Retention: Implement and update records classification, retention, and disposal scheduling plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Access Control: Maintain access lists for security-classified records, ensuring that sensitive information is protected.
  • Information Retrieval: Operate information retrieval systems to research and extract records, providing timely and accurate information to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in computer-assisted records management systems, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient, and organized, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of healthcare data management principles and practices.
