Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team at Bunge. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our national and regional partners in the bakery, industrial food, confectionary, and non-food manufacturing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a catalyst for change and drive sales growth through solution selling processes
  • Work closely with the Sales Director, Inside Sales Representatives, and Customer Service Representatives to develop new opportunities and grow Bunge's market share
  • Support existing business while growing margin and sales volume, with a focus on value-added products
  • Develop relationships with key customer leaders and connect Bunge team members to create a differentiated customer experience
  • Develop and execute customer development plans to build long-term partnerships
  • Drive customer focus and perform standard account management tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; 4-8 years of ingredient sales experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience operating in a cross-functional organization
  • Strong customer knowledge and relationships across the bakery/food/confectionary industry
  • Experience managing a portfolio of products
  • Strong proficiency in office productivity and CRM software
