Regional Sales Manager

Westburne is a leading provider of energy solutions, renewables, lighting, wire & cable, automation, and connected network solutions. We offer a unique opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to drive consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through planning, deployment, and management of the outside sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales targets.
- Collaborate with various departments and branches to leverage resources and attain sales objectives.
- Manage and develop the sales and support teams, providing quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity.
- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company products and forecast revenue streams.
- Work with the District Sales team to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven years of related experience, including at least three years in a management capacity or a combination of experience and education.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to impart knowledge, provide training, and motivate staff.
- Passion for developing, mentoring, and coaching people.
