We offer a unique opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to drive consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through planning, deployment, and management of the outside sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales targets.
  • Collaborate with various departments and branches to leverage resources and attain sales objectives.
  • Manage and develop the sales and support teams, providing quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity.
  • Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company products and forecast revenue streams.
  • Work with the District Sales team to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven years of related experience, including at least three years in a management capacity or a combination of experience and education.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to impart knowledge, provide training, and motivate staff.
  • Passion for developing, mentoring, and coaching people.
