Senior Product Manager, Day-to-day Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Coast Capital Savings. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our day-to-day banking and payment products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue for our day-to-day banking and payment products and services.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in payments, chequing, and small business cash management within financial services.
- Deep knowledge of payment capabilities and payment initiative implementation.
- Strong understanding of day-to-day banking products (chequing, transaction banking, overdraft, etc.).
- Advanced ability to identify and bring to ground market trends/innovation, strong relationship-building capabilities.
