Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Day-to-day Banking

Coast Capital Savings is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our day-to-day banking products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in day-to-day banking
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new payment solutions and services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize product performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; post-graduate degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in payments, chequing, and small business cash management within financial services
  • Deep knowledge of payment capabilities and payment initiative implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
