Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Day-to-day Banking

At Coast Capital, we're committed to building a better future for our members and our communities. As a Senior Product Manager, Day-to-day Banking, you'll play a key role in shaping our everyday banking products and services to meet the evolving needs of our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability in our day-to-day banking business
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services that meet member needs
  • Collaborate with operations and risk partners to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure business performance and growth
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in day-to-day banking, chequing, and small business within financial services
  • Strong understanding of day-to-day banking products (chequing, transaction banking, overdraft, etc.)
  • Advanced ability to identify and bring to ground market trends/innovation, strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including insight development and executive-level performance reporting
  • Well-organized, professional demeanour and ability to manage time, balancing the need to resolve issues quickly with effective and thorough analysis
