Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Day-to-day Banking

Coast Capital Savings is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our day-to-day banking products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in day-to-day banking products and services.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver new payment solutions, chequing and transaction banking products, and other day-to-day banking services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform product development and innovation.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions, optimize product performance, and drive customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including technology vendors, payment processors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Coast Capital's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in payments, chequing, and small business cash management within financial services.
  • Deep knowledge of payment capabilities, payment initiative implementation, and day-to-day banking products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in journey building, UX/UI design, and design-thinking, specifically in the area of onboarding.
  • Strong proficiency in building strategic partner relationships, especially in payments/payment contract management.
