About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Clean changing rooms and showers, pick up debris and empty trash containers, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 36 to 44 hours per week.
