Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hotel. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks. Physically demanding, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, reliability, team player, values, and ethics.
Work Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 36 to 44 hours per week.
