Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for new arrivals, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Empty trash and replace liners in guest rooms and common areas.
  • Restock supplies, such as toiletries and towels, in guest rooms and bathrooms.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
