We are seeking a highly motivated and relational Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Apartment Life. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional experiences for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and host engaging events and activities that foster a sense of community and connection among residents
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents and staff, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote community events and activities
- Manage event budgets and ensure effective use of resources
- Collaborate with staff and program directors to plan and execute community initiatives
- Engage with residents, vendors, and community partners to build relationships and maximize impact
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Have basic fluency in English to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Possess a current driver's license and liability insurance, and access to a form of reliable transportation
- Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Have the availability to commit weekly hours to perform job responsibilities
- Previous experience in event planning, customer service, or community engagement
- Experience working within a budget and managing resources
- Some relevant experience using social media to promote events and activities
