Business Systems Analyst II

At CI Financial, we're seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst II to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you'll provide outstanding business systems analysis for various in-house and vendor-based solutions in our Investment Management Services department.

Typical projects focus on Charles River and interfaces with various data providers, custodians, and counterparties, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, and BNY Mellon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with Project Manager(s), other BSAs, and developers to identify, document, and manage business requirements/specifications for various projects.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with business users to determine optimal solutions and alternatives for various business and systems needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and hands-on help to solve complex and challenging business problems to the satisfaction of key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams on issue management and help coordinate resolution.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience as a business/systems analyst within the Investment Management or Brokerage industry.
  • College/University graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of investment management functions, including portfolio management/administration, portfolio modeling, back, and middle-office functions.
