Business Systems Analyst II Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify, document, and manage business requirements for various projects.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with business users to determine optimal solutions and alternatives for business and systems needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and hands-on support to solve complex business problems and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Set stakeholder expectations, share complex concepts with non-technical audiences, and facilitate meetings to drive project progress.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings, ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Help ensure project adherence to JIRA framework and documentation is maintained appropriately.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and document new requirements as user stories in JIRA.
Requirements:
  • 3 years' experience as a business/systems analyst in the Investment Management or Brokerage industry.
  • College/University graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of investment management functions, including portfolio management/administration, portfolio modeling, back and middle-office functions.
  • Excellent analytical ability, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
