Job Summary:The System Analyst II will provide technical expertise and support to our clinical and business applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role will work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues, develop and implement solutions, and provide training and documentation as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to define system requirements and goals.
- Analyze and resolve business system issues, evaluating and implementing system improvements and changes.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with technology and solution vendors.
- Manage tasks and participate in activities involved in implementing new projects and operational initiatives.
- Provide administrator-level tasks for corporate tools and applications, including installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Computer Science/Health Informatics degree or equivalent work-related experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare role supporting critical systems.
- Experience with business and systems analysis, working directly with business stakeholders.
- Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of solutions, systems, or products.
- Experience with database technologies and methods to communicate with the database.
- Foundational understanding of the IT role as it applies to clinical and business applications and practices.
- Familiarity with HL7 messaging.
- Working technical knowledge of MS Windows, SQL server, and MySQL.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and establish effective working relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, with demonstrated attention to detail.
