Business Systems Analyst II

CI Financial is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst II to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will provide outstanding business systems analysis for various in-house and vendor-based solutions in our Investment Management Services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify, document, and manage business requirements and specifications.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with business users to determine optimal solutions and alternatives for various business and systems needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and hands-on help to solve complex and challenging business problems.
  • Set stakeholder expectations, share complex concepts with non-technical audiences, and facilitate meetings.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings, and help ensure project deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • 3 years' experience as a business/systems analyst within the Investment Management or Brokerage industry.
  • College/University graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of investment management functions, including portfolio management/administration, portfolio modeling, back and middle-office functions.
  • Excellent analytical ability, judgment, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
