We're seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our residents and visitors. As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors, and ensuring all correspondence is dealt with promptly and efficiently.
  • Support the smooth operation of our facilities, including the cinema, conservatory, and therapy room.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

What You'll Need

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
