Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT support professional to join our team at GeologicAI Inc. as a Senior Technology Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, ensuring that they have access to the resources they need to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, including details of problems, solutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of technical procedures and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as software development and engineering, to ensure smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT support, network administration, and software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python, and experience with database management systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as SharePoint, and virtualization platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
