Aircraft Fueling Operations Manager

Job Summary
Menzies Aviation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Aircraft Fueling Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of fueling services to our airline customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Station Manager in the day-to-day running of the Fueling team, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Coordinate and allocate staff and resources to meet service standards for our customer airlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of aviation fueling operations and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Working Conditions
The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 70lbs are essential requirements for this role.
