Aircraft Fueling Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aircraft Fueling Supervisor to join our team at Menzies Aviation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of fueling services to our airline customers.
Main Responsibilities- Assist the Station Manager in the day-to-day running of the Fueling team, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Coordinate and allocate staff and resources to meet service standards for our customer airlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in fueling operations.
- Strong understanding of aviation safety and security regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Excel.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction. The role will involve working variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, and may require lifting up to 70lbs when necessary.
