Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and allocate staff and resources to meet service standards for our airline customers.
  • Ensure the safe and timely delivery of fueling operations, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Station Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience in fueling operations, with a strong understanding of aviation regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
