We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Leader to join our team at Critical Mass. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to lead digital projects from start to finish.

About the Role

As a Digital Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing various digital projects, including site builds, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, websites, microsites, landing pages, and maintenance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful execution and delivery of project goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, understanding their needs and translating those needs to the rest of the team.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and status.
  • Ensure adherence to project management principles, methods, and techniques, including scope, schedule, budget, resource management, reporting, change management, project roadmap development, and revenue forecasting.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience managing digital projects, including site builds, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, websites, microsites, landing pages, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques, including scope, schedule, budget, resource management, reporting, change management, project roadmap development, and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools such as Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and/or Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with collaboration and issue tracking tools like Box, JIRA, and Confluence.

Critical Mass offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
