Job Description

The Insurance Program Coordinator will be responsible for processing customer and internal requests related to creditor insurance. Key responsibilities include:



  • Managing inbound 800 Line calls to respond to telephone inquiries and ensure action is taken to fully address the inquiry.
  • Assisting with investigations and complaint resolution to resolve customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to established operating and security procedures.
  • Reporting and/or escalating unusual occurrences or fraudulent activity to the Supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Previous administration experience in an office setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills.
  • Comfortability working in a hybrid work environment within a commutable distance to Stratford, Ontario.
