Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team at Morson Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing project costs, establishing cost baselines, monitoring expenses, and providing accurate forecasting and reporting.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated cost frameworks for diverse reporting needs.
- Oversee project commitments and ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Monitor incurred costs, calculate Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Forecast at Completion (FAC), and perform variance analyses.
Key Requirements
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, such as Engineering or Engineering Technology, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Proficiency in project cost management, forecasting, and change control.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Salary Range
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be based in North York, ON, and will report to the Manager of Project Controls. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
