Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at PROARK CORPORATION. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and Coordinate Events: Plan and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Minute Taking and Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate records of office procedures and routines.
  • Office Administration: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage training and development strategies, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and perform data entry tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.

Work Environment:

  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
