Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Popular Pizza, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and train a team of food service staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
