Job Overview

Aramark is seeking a skilled Food Service Worker Lead to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of food preparation, cash handling, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead food preparation and assist in preparing food items for the day
  • Manage cash handling, POS, debit transactions, and daily bank deposits
  • Conduct inventory controls and ordering from preferred suppliers
  • Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions
  • Maintain daily temperature logs and adhere to all Health & Safety procedures
  • Complete opening and closing station checklists and assist with daily safety observations
  • Cross-train in areas as needed and perform tasks as requested by your manager
  • Lead the team to ensure timely and effective service of customers
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Food service experience preferred
