Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruiting Officer to join our team at PEOPLE WORKFORCE. As a key member of our staffing team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers

Requirements

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

1 to less than 7 months of experience
