At PEOPLE WORKFORCE, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members. This includes scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answering electronic enquiries. You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents. Additionally, you will perform data entry and provide customer service. If you have a college education, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, and 1 to less than 7 months of experience, we encourage you to apply for this role. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 35 hours per week.
