At Earl’s Burlington, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train new staff members in their job duties, as well as our sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to prepare and serve our menu items.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, making adjustments as needed to ensure that we meet our high standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
