Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Subway (Burlington). As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
