About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Family Ministry Lead to join our team at The Chapel. As a key member of our ministry staff, you will play a critical role in leading and developing our children's and student ministries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all teaching and training within Family Ministry is grounded in biblical orthodoxy.
  • Provide direct oversight and care for Campus families, engaging them in initiatives and empowering volunteer leaders.
  • Partner with parents to develop and execute a plan for children's discipleship, ensuring every man, woman, and child has repeated opportunities to hear and see the gospel of Jesus Christ.
  • Create fun and engaging environments for Sunday morning children's ministry and Wednesday evening student programming.
  • Fuel an empowered leader culture among volunteer teams, including recruitment, scheduling, and shepherding.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years proven ministry coordination experience in a church environment or equivalent experience.
  • A bachelor's degree in religious studies, ministry, education, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Organizational and managerial skills to coordinate and manage volunteers, information, and environments.
  • Leadership and people skills to train, equip, inspire, and encourage others.
