Job Title: Credentialed Trainer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Credentialed Trainer to join our team at Mackenzie Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-user training and support to our organization by utilizing existing curriculum, lessons, and training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user training and support to the organization using existing curriculum, lessons, and training materials.
  • Update curriculum with the assistance of Certified Application Analysts in each application.
  • Prepare, set up, and facilitate classes, update training materials, and test lesson plans and the training environment.
  • Administer end-user proficiency assessments, in-system checklists, and administer post-live refresher, optimization, and skills-enhancement training.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with strong initiative to achieve high standards of service and performance.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and conflict management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Windows applications.
  • Proven attendance record.
  • Demonstrates understanding and complies with patient and staff safety policies and procedures that foster a safe and inclusive environment for all.
  • Ability to perform the essential duties of the job.
  • Effectively uses empathy in interactions with others and demonstrates behaviors consistent with Mackenzie Health's Commitment to Caring.
  • Models behavior that is aligned with the values of Mackenzie Health – Excellence, Leadership, and Empathy.
  • Commitment to providing an exceptional experience for staff and clients within a challenging and exciting healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adult education experience.
  • Clinical knowledge.
