About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Schindler Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and resolve conflict situations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Programming languages: proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Database software: experience with database software, such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Networking security: knowledge of networking security protocols and procedures.
  • Mac OS: experience with Mac OS and ability to work in a Mac-based environment.
