Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Rubinza Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying business requirements, designing and implementing information systems solutions, and providing advice on information systems strategy and policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet business needs and standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as business analysis, information systems, or IT.
  • Strong understanding of business systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages, database management, and networking.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
