About the Role

At Calian Health, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team of professionals. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us deliver exceptional IT solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis services for clients, including business process transformation and requirements analysis for large and small projects.
  • Coordinate and conduct analysis of business requirements to design and develop applications that meet stated business requirements.
  • Provide leadership in supporting the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems solutions.
  • Design system specifications by preparing requirements for proper system testing, implementation, and operations.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Well-versed in IT project and development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, DevOps, etc.
  • Domain knowledge or familiarity with technologies such as C#,.NET, and MS SQL.
  • Experience collaborating with project, architecture/design, and development staff.
